Insert contact numbers when composing SMS messages.

NOTE: I havent been able to figure out how to add menu items to tmail.exe so you have to assign Insert Contacts.exe to a hardware key.

How to use:
- while in the compose new sms window, launch Insert Contacts.exe
- choose your contact
- click on "1" "2" and/or "3" keys to select which of the details you want to add to your message
- click on your action button to insert the details.
